Why I volunteer...
~ Patient Care, Bereavement Services and House and Grounds Volunteer
Since I started with Hospice of Hancock County in it’s beginning, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the people associated with the program. They were different, especially giving, warm, friendly. That is one of the reasons I’ve stayed so long with the program. They all have the same purpose and act in an unselfish way.
Focus is always on the patient, family!
I like working in my community where I live and know the people. “Giving back” is a rewarding feeling.
