Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County is funded by private donations, grants and community fundraising events. The organization receives no federal or state funding. All services are given freely and without charge. We welcome your support.

The devotion and consistent support of our friends are vital to Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County. As a non-profit volunteer organization, all of the services we offer are provided free of charge. We do not receive any federal or state support to assist us in caring for those facing the end of life. Thus, we are dependent on contributions from our friends to support our ongoing programs. Financial donations ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality patient care and bereavement services to the residents of Hancock County.

Your Donation

Your donation allows us to do our work of helping our community members.

A donation of $100 covers the cost of initial training for one of our direct-service volunteers, Patient Care or Bereavement Support.  Thank you.
Your gift is tax deductible, as we are a 501(c)(3) organization.
