  1. Modern American Classics - SOLD OUT
    Raise the flag and your spirits with American Flyer cocktails & hors d’oeuvres by the scenic Salt Pond. Enjoy a salute-worthy green salad, perfectly grilled steak & smashed potatoes, and the grand finale of cheesecake with fresh strawberries.

  2. Regional Italian on the Reach - SOLD OUT
    Transport yourself to Italy while relaxing on the oceanfront veranda. Savor Italian wines and beer, figs wrapped in prosciutto and bruschetta. Proceed to a lovely dining room to feast on a multi-course meal featuring Ciopinno with Maine lobster. Buon Appetito!

  8. Coming Home to Sicily
    Take a virtual journey to Case Vecchie (Fabrizia Lanza’s Cooking School) where cookbook author and local caterer Diane Bianco will treat you to a five-course meal including appetizers featuring chickpea-floured fritters with olive tapenade and arancine (a Sicilian croquette). The main course of Sicilian beef tenderloin surrounded by pan-roasted potatoes and vegetables accompanied by wines from Tasca d’Almerita Winery. Cap your evening with homemade cannoli. Buon Appetito!

  9. Italian Eleganti 
    Enjoy a five-course Italian dinner in Lamoine with locally-sourced ingredients from Maine specialty markets. Appetizers followed by pear gorgonzola salad, chilled white gazpacho soup and grilled shrimp. Save room for the main course and a decadent dessert. All paired with Italian wines.
